About the Role:

The Field Marketing Manager will lead field marketing initiatives and programs focused on driving demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth within assigned territories and market segments. This role requires strategic thinking, program management expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies for assigned territories and segments
  • Manage and coordinate regional events, trade shows, conferences, and customer engagement programs
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with territory goals and pipeline objectives
  • Develop and manage field marketing budgets and resource allocation
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives to inform strategic decision-making
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline development through targeted field marketing campaigns
  • Manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and external service providers
  • Analyze and report on program performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics
  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and corporate marketing teams
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and regional marketing staff as appropriate
  • Travel to support regional activities and customer engagement events as required
  • Other strategic initiatives as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, ideally with a publishing background
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles within the MEA region
  • Proven experience managing marketing programs and driving measurable results
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales teams and channel partners
  • Ability to travel, to support regional activities, as required
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
