Experienced Data Entry Coordinator – Transitional Care

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be responsible for processing new business leads, providing facility-related information to customers, and participating in ongoing communication with our facilities. You'll work closely with our Transitional Care team to ensure accurate and timely data entry, benefit verifications, and lead management. Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with facility-related information via telephone conversations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Process new business leads promptly in our referral management system, adhering to established deadlines and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing communication with our facilities regarding leads, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to data entry expectations and quality standards.
• Supply accurate information to the best of your knowledge, utilizing your expertise in different payer types across various levels of senior care.
• Perform benefit verifications accurately using different insurance portals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Transitional Care team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in health care admissions, marketing, or sales is preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, facilities, and team members.
• Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
