Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

* Customer service skills: Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations, empathize with customers, and solve problems.

• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to provide empathy and compassion to our patients and caregivers.
• Soft skills: Good listening skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Problem-solving: Ability to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.
• Time management: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Technology: Computer proficiency required, including strong typing skills and the ability to leverage technology to resolve customer issues efficiently while notetaking/multitasking.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once and manage multiple priorities as you assist our patients and caregivers through the process.

About the Role

This is a remote position with the requirement to come into our arenaflex office in Phoenix, AZ, weekly. Our office will be located in Phoenix, AZ. Please be aware that this is a Pipeline Talent Pool requisition, and we'll be reaching out to you once we have new job opportunities.

Compensation Range

At arenaflex, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $18.00 and $22.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, including skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
