As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch support to customers, addressing their concerns, and helping them navigate the complexities of consumer-driven healthcare. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to and resolving customer service inquiries and issues on the first call by identifying the topic and type of assistance needed
- Guiding and educating customers about consumer-driven healthcare topics to help them select the best benefit plan options
- Initiating proactive outreach to members, including welcoming new members and addressing gaps in care
- Contacting care providers on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with specialists
- Assisting customers in navigating myarenaflex.com and other arenaflex websites
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work the hours of 11:35 am - 8:05 pm CST from Monday - Friday, including occasional overtime
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following qualifications would be a great asset to your application:
- Sales or account management experience
- Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment, including familiarity with medical terminology and health plan documents
- Background in social work, behavioral health, disease prevention, or health promotion
