Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Antelope, CA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upselling products or services when necessary to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
