Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Sales team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for uploading data, performing extensive searches, and executing periodic data updates. If you're a proactive, dynamic individual with great organizational capacity and attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Uploading data of landing page and website new leads on marketing sheets
- Performing extensive searches in the web to find leads' and company's contact information
- Executing periodic data updates for leads lacking updated contact information
- Executing periodic data updates for reports prompted daily and weekly by the ERP
- Reading raw ServiceConnect responses and website messages (on demand)
- Initial ServiceConnect response read and website messages categorization (on demand)

- Proactive and dynamic, with great organizational capacity and attention to detail
- Accustomed to handling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities
- Marked attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
