Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service experiences
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Entering application data and responding to online chat inquiries
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities
  • Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and practices, would be beneficial. Additionally, Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Have a personal device with a functioning camera required for the training period
  • Be committed to full attendance for the paid 3-week training period
  • Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with an ethernet connection
  • Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (mobile internet service providers and satellites are not compatible)
  • Not have Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders (for example, T-Mobile is not compatible with our internal systems)
