Job Summary
As an Experienced Automotive Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries related to automotive services and appointment scheduling. You'll work closely with our service advisors and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service. Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information on services, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality standards.
- Assist in valeting customer vehicles after 4:30 pm, providing a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's services, products, and industry trends.
Requirements
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of automotive services is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
- Qualify for arenaflex's insurance program by meeting requirements.
