Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and promoting arenaflex's products and services to meet customer needs. You will work closely with our branch sales/service team to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services to meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the branch sales/service team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and records
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized banking education/training preferred

  • Minimum of three years' related banking and/or sales experience required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of bank consumer products/services and documents used for new accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a bank or financial institution

  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
  • Certification in customer service or sales
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
