About the Role
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives who are great listeners, quick thinkers, and love helping people. Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer questions via phone, email, zoom calls, and/or chat, providing product or service information with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
Documentation and Follow-up:
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure seamless resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience by bringing insights and feedback.
Sales and Upselling:
This position requires some sales during client interaction, where you'll have the opportunity to upsell or cross-sell our products and services.
Continuous Improvement:
Help improve the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to enhance our processes and services.
