Key Responsibilities:

Assist Clients: Help individuals understand their insurance coverage needs and select the right products and services that meet their unique requirements.

  • Provide Compassionate Service: Display compassion when assisting individuals and provide exceptional customer care that sets us apart from the competition.
  • Build Relationships: Earn customer loyalty and trust by fostering lasting relationships with our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Manage Applications: Assist with the workflow of applications for Life/Health consideration and answer any policy-related questions that may arise.
  • Demonstrate Sales Skills: Utilize your sales expertise to close deals and meet targets, while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor.
  • Work Independently: Be self-motivated and adhere to a consistent schedule with minimal assistance, while working from the comfort of your own home.

Work From Home Requirements:

Technology: Ensure you have a reliable desktop or laptop, webcam/video for client interactions, high-speed wired Ethernet Internet connection (Wi-Fi, satellite, or hotspots are not recommended), and a USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone.

  • Minimum Internet Speed: 3 Mbps upload speed, 16 Mbps download speed to ensure seamless communication and data transfer.

Essential Qualifications:

Active Life & Health Insurance License: In your state (We can assist you in obtaining your license if needed).

  • Proven Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confidence using desktop computer systems and software to navigate our systems and tools.
  • Qualifications: At least 18 years old, High School Diploma or GED, and Veterans Encouraged to Apply (We value the experience and dedication veterans bring to the table).

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales Experience: Previous sales experience in the life and health insurance industry or a related field.

  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a consistent schedule.
