Responsibilities

As a Remote Crisis Chat/Text Licensed Training Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to provide exceptional care.
• Offering administrative and personnel support to clinicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Reviewing chats and texts, along with documentation of front-line clinicians, to ensure the highest level of care and adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures.
• Assisting with training as needed, developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our clinicians.
• Providing on-call clinical support to staff as needed, ensuring that our team is equipped to handle even the most complex situations.
• Answering calls, chats, and texts as needed, providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments to individuals in crisis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Master's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• A current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record (not required for remote work).
• A valid license as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be an asset in this role:

• Bilingual in English and another language (Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Burmese).
• Crisis and customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support in high-pressure situations.
