Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Korean Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support across various channels, including chat, email, and social media. Your primary focus will be on translating our product and customer communications, developing expertise on our internal software, and maintaining a positive and helpful attitude in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Embody the arenaflex Voice and Tone: Adopt our unique brand personality and voice in every customer interaction, ensuring that our customers feel valued, heard, and supported.

  • Deliver WOW Moments: Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations, turning customers into loyal advocates for arenaflex.
  • Translation and Communication: Translate our product and customer communications, including newsletters, lifecycle emails, and more, to ensure seamless communication with our Korean-speaking customers.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product and internal software to provide efficient and effective support to our customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in every interaction with customers and team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

Language Proficiency: Professional-level communication skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to translate complex technical information and customer communications.

  • Passion for Customer Service: A strong passion for helping people with different learning curves, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and building customer loyalty.
  • Love for Learning: A deep love for learning new things, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to new situations and technologies.

  • Availability: Full-time availability (40 hours per week), with a flexible schedule that allows for adaptability and responsiveness to customer needs.
