Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist to join our PrePaid team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing a high level of customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems. You'll research and resolve problems and errors, including those related to fraud support and internet operations. You'll also obtain a thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, systems, and procedures. As a liaison between customers and various arenaflex departments, you'll resolve more complex customer or technology issues.

Responsibilities:

* Provide a high level of customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems

  • Research and resolve problems and errors, including those related to fraud support and internet operations
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, systems, and procedures
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various arenaflex departments to resolve more complex customer or technology issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Utilize various software applications and systems to resolve customer issues and improve efficiency
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Typically, at least 18 months of customer service or related experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in using various software applications and systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Skills/Experience:

* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Proven time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers
  • Good communication skills, including speaking clearly, articulately, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
