Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our disaster response team, you'll be responsible for providing critical support to homeowners in distress. Your primary duties will include assisting with documenting damages, submitting insurance claims, and offering clear guidance on the claims process. You'll work closely with local teams and insurance representatives to ensure that our clients receive the support they need to begin rebuilding their lives and homes.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide compassionate support to homeowners in distress, listening to their concerns and offering empathetic guidance

  • Assist with documenting damages and submitting insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answer questions and offer clear guidance on the claims process, ensuring that clients understand their options and next steps
  • Collaborate with local teams and insurance representatives to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and claims progress

What We're Looking For

* Strong communication and empathy skills, with the ability to remain calm and helpful during stressful situations

  • Previous experience in customer service, claims, or disaster response is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for the duration of the program
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
