The Role

As a Remote Text Chat Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries via text-based platforms. This role requires a dedicated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while working from the comfort of their home.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer inquiries through text-based communication in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer accounts, orders, and discrepancies.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications.
  • Collaborate with other team members or departments to address more complex customer inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data at all times.
  • Identify trends in customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes or services.
  • Meet or exceed established goals for response times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

• Fluent in written English with exceptional grammar and spelling.

  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in a text-based or remote role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using chat and ticketing platforms, as well as basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed.

• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
