What You'll Be Doing

As a Korean-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Utilizing your product knowledge to consult with customers and provide solutions to their problems
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through empathy, active listening, and effective communication

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bilingual in English and Korean (written and spoken)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to apply it to customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology
  • High-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
