Job Summary

As an Experienced Talent Manager (Administrative & Customer Support), you'll be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results. You'll work closely with our team of experts to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement effective marketing strategies, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow existing business relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hiring managers and decision-makers in administrative and customer support departments
  • Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase arenaflex's presence in the local business community
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to identify new business opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing new business relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong marketing and sales skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in the staffing industry or a related field

  • Experience working with administrative and customer support departments
  • Knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations
  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
