Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Japanese Speaker, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling back office tickets, providing 7*24h online enquiries and email replies services to customers, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Responding to customer enquiries, advising, and suggestions via email or online tools, and providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Supporting other business units with customer liaison, documenting customer requests and advices, and providing feedback in the form of documentation.
  • Handling customer complaints, special cases, or ad hoc tasks, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A college degree or above in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or E-commerce industry. Recent graduates with a strong passion for customer service are also welcome to apply.
  • A high level of honesty and integrity, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
