Job Summary

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving complex issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including Sales Representatives, to ensure seamless communication and support. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, ranging from routine to complex, in a timely and efficient manner

  • Resolve issues and complaints, determining the most effective resolution(s) and escalating situations as necessary
  • Educate and influence customers and prospective customers on the value and benefits of arenaflex's products, services, and solutions
  • Identify customer trends and communicate insights to relevant business partners, leaders, and divisions
  • Maintain specific line of business Customer Service standards and support level standards
  • Remain current on all changes to Customer Service policy, procedures, and product/services/solutions information
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to resolve customer inquiries and provide support
  • Process claims based on business needs and workflow fluctuations (contingent on the Line of Business)

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in handling moderate to complex customer inquiries in call center, insurance, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, retail, or eyewear industries

  • Availability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and/or overnight
  • Demonstrated internet knowledge and understanding of basic internet browser settings
  • Ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of MS Office package
  • Effective verbal communication skills to prioritize multiple tasks and be available for incoming calls and inquiries
  • Effective written communication skills to clearly document customer situations and prepare letters to confirm agreements made
  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to ask appropriate and relevant questions to identify customer needs
  • Proven problem-solving, negotiations, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to use appropriate discretion and judgment in applying customer/call handling guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with online purchasing and e-Commerce knowledge
  • Knowledge of payment processing and payment collections
  • Experience with quality assurance testing for company software

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $15.75 - $22.58, depending on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
