Key Responsibilities:

As a Telemarketing Customer Success Manager – Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts to provide exceptional support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilizing provided resources to learn and grow in the role, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and feedback to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a live chat customer support agent, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Contract Length and Rate:

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Skills and Background:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • A reliable internet connection

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
