Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for inputting and maintaining data into our systems, verifying the accuracy of data entered, and performing regular data quality checks. You'll also prepare reports based on collected data, collaborate with team members, and follow established procedures for document management and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

* Input and maintain accurate data into arenaflex databases and systems

  • Verify the accuracy of data entered and perform regular data quality checks
  • Prepare reports based on collected data and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data management and record keeping
  • Follow established procedures for document management and record keeping
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
  • Participate in data quality improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration or related field is an asset

  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with IT industry terminology is beneficial
  • Availability for full-time working hours (part-time schedule to be discussed during the interview process)

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
