Job Summary
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources. Key Responsibilities
* Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, including but not limited to, databases, spreadsheets, and external reports
- Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams, using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Support business decisions with data-driven insights, identifying trends and patterns to inform strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery
- Maintain and update dashboards for ongoing performance tracking, using tools such as Google Data Studio or Microsoft Power BI
- Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to data-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Excellent typing skills, with accuracy and speed
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including:
+ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) + Data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) + Email management and attachments + Downloading and uploading files
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
