Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage inbound phone calls from customers and clients, providing helpful and courteous responses to their inquiries and concerns. -

Data Entry:

Data Review and Verification:

Review and verify data for completeness and errors, escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary. -

Meet productivity and quality standards for both phone and data tasks, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and accurate data management.

Requirements:
