Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our subscribers, providing timely and effective support through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to subscriber inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshooting streaming and device issues, ensuring a seamless viewing experience for our customers
  • Explaining subscription plans, billing charges, and account features to subscribers
  • Recording detailed notes of customer interactions to ensure accurate issue resolution and follow-up
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members while maintaining a positive tone and resolving customer concerns

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
