Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex Pharmacy, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions.
- Managing Inbound and Outbound Calls: Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue.
- Building Long-Term Relationships: Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers.
- Maintaining Customer Privacy and Safety: Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to the company's Work From Home policy.
- Providing Technical Support: Help customers navigate pharmacy.amazon.com, ensuring they receive the support they need to manage their medications effectively.
- Assisting with Insurance and Shipping Needs: Answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs.
- Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 6+ Months of Professional Experience: Working with computer and web-based tools, with experience multitasking and using phone and computer skills.
- Pre-Employment Drug Test: Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- 1+ Year of Relevant Phone or Email Customer Service Experience: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
- Experience Working in a Healthcare Environment: Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures.
- Experience Working Under Pressure: Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
- Demonstrated Teamwork Skills: Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
