Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Benefit Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely information about their healthcare and pension benefits
- Accurately explaining healthcare and pension benefit information in simple terms, using internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries
- Maintaining confidentiality and upholding HIPAA and data security standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive client information
- Collaborating with teammates and leadership to meet service standards, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer service
- Utilizing internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Previous call center or customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare or pension benefits industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients
- Bilingual speakers (Spanish or French) can earn an additional $0.75/hr
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy and understanding
What We Offer
As a Remote Benefit Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:
- A competitive pay range of $16.50 - $18.75/hr, based on location
- Full-time hours during peak season (40 hours/week), with possible overtime available
- Off-season hours may range between 32-40 hours/week, with no weekends!
