Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of our healthcare data. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Data Entry and Management: Enter, verify, and manage critical healthcare data within our SAP system, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Data Audits and Quality Control: Perform regular audits to maintain data accuracy and quality, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with healthcare teams to resolve data discrepancies, provide data support, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Data Reporting and Analysis: Support data reporting and analysis efforts as needed, providing insights that inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in data entry, preferably within the healthcare or SAP systems.
• Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• SAP Experience: 2 years of experience working with SAP systems, with a strong understanding of SAP software and its applications in healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

• Healthcare Data and Compliance Standards: Knowledge of healthcare data and compliance standards, including HIPAA and ICD-10.
• SAP Certification: SAP certification or relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in SAP software and its applications in healthcare.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable Experience: 1 year of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, with a strong understanding of financial data management.

Job Type and Schedule
