The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team in Tulsa, OK. As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Reassuring anxious callers who are searching for their missing pets
* Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet-parents
* Providing a positive experience for our customers through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
* Being part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities
* Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the possibility of increased calls during peak periods
* Working a variety of day and evening shifts, with the option to work remotely after completing a three-week on-site training program in Tulsa
