The Role
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. You will utilize various tools to navigate, analyze, and resolve issues, and communicate empathetically with customers via phone, chat, or email. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize various tools and resources to navigate and resolve customer complaints
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, or email, providing exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
What You'll Need:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Swedish (written and verbal) and basic communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable computer and internet connection (minimum 20mbps download and 8mbps upload speed)
