Job Summary

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing schedules and priorities while ensuring customer safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-tier customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online interactions with customers
  • Proactively identify solutions to customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing schedules and priorities
  • Ensure customer safety and well-being by adhering to arenaflex's Work from Home policy

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older)

  • 2 years of professional experience working with computers and online tools
  • Ability to multitask with phone and computer skills
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed (with 2 weeks' notice)
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of significant telephone or email customer service experience

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience working in a customer support or call center environment
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-speed workplace while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
