Job Overview:

In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels, assisting customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries. You'll address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, offering guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure customer needs are met efficiently, and you'll maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy

Required Skills:
