Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting and selling air travel to the public or freight forwarders
- Providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
- Interpreting authority's rules and regulations for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
- Meeting and dispatching aircraft within set-up times
- Providing assistance to troubled passengers and customers
- Protecting company properties and revenue
- Ensuring a safe travel experience for our customers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Bilingual language skills (required in some locations)
- Valid driver's license (as required by local authorities)
- Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
