Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Data Entry Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the creation, maintenance, and rollout of arenaflex's Data Management capabilities
- Developing and implementing data management workflows, standards, processes, and policies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable Data Management and data quality standards
- Working with our Data Management Leadership Board to define and monitor key metrics and KPIs
- Researching, reviewing, and recommending new software and technologies to improve data management processes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or data management
- Experience implementing data management capabilities in an organization
- A strong understanding of data and analytics concepts
- Working knowledge of SQL and data management tools
