Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Native or fully fluent German speaker.
- English proficiency for team collaboration.
- Experience in structured interviews (B2B/B2C preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Detail oriented, with strong accuracy in data collection.
- Ability to follow clear instructions accurately and meet project deadlines.
- Stable internet connection, headset, and PC (Windows 10/11).
- Active Gmail account and WhatsApp for seamless project coordination.
Bonus (not mandatory): Previous experience in market research, telephone interviews, sales, or cold calling, and familiarity with online interview platforms.
