- Current LVN license in California with Wound Care Certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home health or wound care settings.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in electronic health record systems.
- Current CPR certification and knowledge of infection control practices.
