[Remote] Business Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OrderMyGear (OMG) is a leading technology company in the apparel and promotional product decoration industry, seeking a Business Development Representative to enhance their sales team. The role involves educating and qualifying prospects, developing sales-ready leads, and actively working to meet sales quotas while building relationships with potential users.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and qualify prospects, developing sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Research organizations’ and prospects’ roles to create a penetration strategy
  • Handle detailed questions about Inktavo + OrderMyGear’s product and service capabilities
  • Connect with prospects by phone and email, using Outreach and Salesforce
  • Engage in effective communication while building relationships with potential Inktavo + OrderMyGear users, including C-level executives, outside sales reps, and accounting teams
  • Actively work to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas

Skills

  • Bachelor degree. If no degree, 2+ years of sales experience
  • 1+ years of sales, business development, or other relevant experience with a strong track record preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a goal-oriented, high-growth sales environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence to prospect and develop new sales leads
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
  • Visa Sponsorship not available
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Experience in outbound prospecting
  • Experience working with high-volume leads list
  • Experience with Outreach.io or similar sales engagement tools
  • Knowledge of the Team Sporting Goods or Promotional Products industries a plus
