We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the sales structure across both dealers and other channels in the assigned region, and increasing sales targets,

  • Conducting daily dealer visits in line with defined goals and planned sales activities,

  • Identifying potential new dealers and conducting preliminary meetings and dealership agreements in line with dealer structuring targets,

  • Tracking and analyzing relevant sales and other data within the scope of the loyalty program,

  • Implementing procedures and instructions related to sales operations,

  • Executing marketing activities and campaigns,

  • Conducting research and reporting on market and dealership structure changes, economic impacts on the market, etc.,

  • Carrying out activities aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction in coordination with the relevant service department within the scope of after-sales services,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments,

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales,

  • Preferably experienced in sales and dealer management in HVAC, heating-cooling, building materials, or white goods sectors,

  • Able to manage and develop the existing dealer network; dynamic, solution- and result-oriented,

  • Highly experienced in human relations and customer relations,

  • No restrictions on domestic travel; able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment,

  • For male candidates: military service must be completed or exempt,

  • Residing in or willing to relocate to East Anatolia (Adana, Gaziantep, Diyarbakır etc)
