Project Manager
Campos EPC is seeking a Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within a major PMO. The role involves leading projects from initiation to completion, managing resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects from initiation to completion, managing their scope, timelines, and resources
- Follow and implement the PMO's standardized processes, methodologies, tools, and templates for consistent project delivery
- Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution
- Work with the PMO to allocate resources effectively and ensure project requirements are met
- Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and facilitating clear communication
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, preparing detailed reports for the PMO and senior management
- Ensure projects meet established standards and quality requirements, verifying that deliverables are of high quality
- Provide input and support for continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the PMO
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field required
- 1-3 years of project management experience, in construction or utilities, preferably within a PMO setting
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and teams
- Familiarity with project governance frameworks and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and issue resolution
- PMP or similar certification
