- Manage your schedule and performance as an independent contractor
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and typing skills
- Comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Dedicated home workspace with stable wired internet
- Windows 11 PC (8 GB RAM minimum; 16 GB preferred)
- USB headset and wired internet (not needed to apply but required prior to start)
- Previous experience in customer service roles
