Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and web, addressing questions and concerns about billing, insurance verification, products, and services
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls, identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to experts as needed
  • Delivering technical assistance to customers navigating our website and providing support with insurance, payments, and shipping inquiries
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Requirements:

To succeed as a Virtual Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work in a private, distraction-free environment
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • The ability to adapt to changing schedules and work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
  • A background in the medical field or related industry
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
