Job Overview:
As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our data analysis capabilities, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and driving informed decision-making. You'll work closely with our marketing teams to optimize paid media spend and develop reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions. Your expertise will help us make data-driven decisions, drive business growth, and stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support paid media analysis capabilities to surface data-driven insights and opportunities for the Chief Initiative team
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize paid media spend and develop reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain KPIs and scorecards to track progress and performance
- Provide custom reporting and analysis to support key business decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Analyze data to draw meaningful insights and make recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analysis, or related field)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to analyze data to draw meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, D3.js) is a plus
