Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Advancing and selling air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders
• Assisting with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance
• Interpreting government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments
• Meeting and dispatching aircraft within established times
• Providing support to distressed passengers and customers
• Safeguarding company property and revenue
• Ensuring safe travel practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
• Valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
• Bilingual language skills, preferred in certain locations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry

• Knowledge of government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments
• Experience with airline software and systems, such as Sabre or Amadeus
• Bilingual language skills, with proficiency in a second language
