Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving complex technical issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch support to customers, resolving complex technical issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services, including wireless local number portability, relocations, and combined bill support
  • Assisting customers with product and service inquiries, including laptop connect services, air cards, and USB devices
  • Proactively engaging with internal support teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Remaining up-to-date on all billing, rate plan, and feature matters, ensuring accurate and informative support to our customers

Requirements:

To be successful as a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Familiarity with Windows computers and basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance, working from a dedicated home office with a secure and reliable internet connection
  • Residence in one of the following states: DC, DE, CT, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, RI, ME, OH, or PA
