Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our debt resolution program. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely, professional, and thorough manner.
  • Building rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Managing client accounts using our CRM, documenting client discussions with detail and clarity.
  • Assisting with reviewing enrollment information to ensure client success in completing the program and other key retention activities.
  • Handling escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with supporting departments to ensure client success in the program.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of call center experience preferred.
  • 1 year of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish a plus.
  • Reliable internet speeds required.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and empathy for hardship situations.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity; financial services experience a plus.
  • Previous debt settlement experience a huge plus!
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
