About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate information to consumers about purchase orders, product offerings, and promotions
- Develop and serve as the primary point of contact for clients' customers, finding effective solutions to their queries
- Support sales professionals in assisting customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales
- Maintain detailed customer account information, including addresses, contact details, and billing information
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor

What We're Looking For
* A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Eagerness to learn and improve existing skill sets in customer service and/or sales
