Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Automotive Retail Finance Contract Position (Remote)
Job Summary:
At arenaflex, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Enrollment Management team by extracting, manipulating, analyzing, and assessing enrollment data and requests. You will utilize a blend of automation and manual analysis to make informed decisions, ensure compliance with company policies, state laws, and regulations, and provide reporting to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process and maintain dealer customer accounts
- Update system profiles and support various products related to onboarding
- Set up product/feature sets for dealers
- Create and maintain dealership profiles within the CAMS
- Update user profiles within the CAMS
- Adhere to all audit/policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with internal, dealer, finance source, and owner contacts
- Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility
Requirements:
### Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
### Abilities:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide excellent support to internal and external stakeholders
- Disciplined, independent worker with a professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task and properly organize workload according to business needs
### Other Essential Requirements:
- Prior experience in Automotive Retail Finance or other related Consumer Finance experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
