Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and usable information in our systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our data management systems. You'll be responsible for entering data into our database software with exceptional accuracy, updating existing data, and removing outdated information. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring that our data is accurate, complete, and easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

- Enter data into our database software with exceptional accuracy - Update existing data and remove outdated information - Prepare and sort documents for data entry - Verify data by comparing it to source documents - Generate and distribute reports as needed - Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation - Respond to and resolve data-related inquiries - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate data management

Requirements:
