Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing multiple live chat conversations with website visitors simultaneously, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our construction and roofing services, including pricing, products, and processes.
• Converting chat interactions into qualified leads or scheduled appointments, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Documenting interactions in CRM systems and maintaining organized records, ensuring seamless handoffs to sales and project teams.
• Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
