Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.   • Assisting passengers with reservations, ticketing, flight information, and general inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer concerns and complaints.
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies, educating customers on the latest offerings and promotions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring seamless communication across all channels.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
